Now, you can insert a checkpoint in your automations and send a quick approval request via email or WhatsApp.

Review the AI’s output, edit it if needed, and simply ✅ Approve or ❌ Reject — all without leaving your inbox.

Here’s how it works:

  1. Add the “Human in the Loop” action to your workflow.
  2. Define the approver, what they’re approving, and how long they have to take action.
  3. We’ll send them an email or WhatsApp message with options.
  4. They approve, reject, or ask for further input.
  5. If they approve, the workflow continues. If they don’t respond in time, you decide what happens next (pause, escalate, etc.).

You can also trigger a separate workflow based on the approval decision or track all decisions right from your workflow history.
